Once approved, a formal service agreement and non-refundable design retainer secure your engagement. At this stage, Merit & Miles is officially retained to begin destination research, sourcing, and creative development.

You’ll receive a curated proposal outlining destination recommendations, venue comparisons, experience concepts, budget modeling, and a strategic roadmap for execution. We review everything together before moving into confirmation.

With direction approved, I refine the guest journey and source all key partners — from hotels and venues to transportation and specialty vendors — negotiating terms and securing meaningful value on your behalf.

Contracts and deposit schedules are organized into structured approval rounds, allowing for streamlined review and signature. Every agreement is carefully vetted, tracked, and managed to protect your investment.

As the program approaches, we finalize guest communications, review event orders, confirm guarantees, and align every operational detail to ensure a seamless arrival and execution.

Whether onsite or overseeing remotely, I manage the run of show, coordinate vendors, and quietly resolve issues so you can remain fully present with your guests.

Post-program, all vendor billing is reconciled and reviewed for accuracy. You receive a clear summary of final costs, payment confirmations, and any savings realized.
