The Client Experience

Merit & Miles is intentionally boutique. I lead each engagement personally, shaping the vision, guiding the decisions, and overseeing every detail from concept through completion. 

Behind every seamless experience is thoughtful coordination and careful stewardship. I handle the complexity, the conversations, and the countless moving pieces — allowing you to remain present, focused, and confident as the experience unfolds.

  • A focused 30–45 minute conversation to clarify goals, guest profile, budget range, and timeline. This call ensures alignment and determines whether we’re the right fit to move forward together.

  • Following our call, you’ll receive a strategic overview outlining the recommended service tier, estimated program budget range, and fee structure. This is a professional fit confirmation — not a full proposal — designed to ensure clarity before engagement begins.

  • Once approved, a formal service agreement and non-refundable design retainer secure your engagement. At this stage, Merit & Miles is officially retained to begin destination research, sourcing, and creative development.

  • You’ll receive a curated proposal outlining destination recommendations, venue comparisons, experience concepts, budget modeling, and a strategic roadmap for execution. We review everything together before moving into confirmation.

  • With direction approved, I refine the guest journey and source all key partners — from hotels and venues to transportation and specialty vendors — negotiating terms and securing meaningful value on your behalf.

  • Contracts and deposit schedules are organized into structured approval rounds, allowing for streamlined review and signature. Every agreement is carefully vetted, tracked, and managed to protect your investment.

  • As the program approaches, we finalize guest communications, review event orders, confirm guarantees, and align every operational detail to ensure a seamless arrival and execution.

  • Whether onsite or overseeing remotely, I manage the run of show, coordinate vendors, and quietly resolve issues so you can remain fully present with your guests.

  • Post-program, all vendor billing is reconciled and reviewed for accuracy. You receive a clear summary of final costs, payment confirmations, and any savings realized.

  • We conduct a thoughtful debrief to assess outcomes, guest feedback, and future opportunities — transforming a successful experience into a long-term partnership.
